For owners who prefer a hands-off approach, Suarez Properties becomes your dedicated co-host and property manager. This includes everything from Option 1 at no cost, plus:

• 24/7 guest communication and support
• Coordination with cleaning teams and maintenance providers
• Calendar management and booking optimization
• Handling check-ins, check-outs, and special guest needs
• Property care, damage reports, and ongoing supervision

We only take a starting 15% share of booking revenue (increases depending on owner involvement).

This option requires a signed co-hosting agreement, which clearly outlines our mutual responsibilities.

Option 2: Full-Service Co-Hosting Partnership — Starting at 15%+ Commission
